Delivery and Returns

PLATINUM JUBILEE WEEKEND: Please note our warehouse and studio will be closed from Thursday June 2nd until Monday June 6th so everyone can enjoy the weekend festivities. All orders will be shipped and emails answered commencing on the Monday. Please keep this in mind when ordering or corresponding. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately due to the increasingly high costs incurred both shipping international orders and the additional ‘administrational fees’ charged by couriers on receipt without explanation or justification we have had to pause international shipping until we can find a more fair and equitable solution for everyone. We can only apologise for this inconvenience.

Can we respectfully ask you to send any issues or queries to us by email - NOT via social - so we have a proper record of them and can answer correctly. We apologise in advance for any problems you may have during these periods and will endevour to fix them once we have re-opened.

Postage and packing charges are as follows:

UK - Free on all orders above £100. £4.95 shipping on all other orders. 2-3 Working Days
Europe - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. £29.95 shipping on all orders. Up to 20 Working Days. Duties & taxes paid by the receiver.
The Rest Of The World - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE. £49.95 shipping on all orders. Up to 20 Working Days. Duties & taxes paid by the receiver.
For ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO THE EU import duties and taxes will now be payable by the receiver. You should be charged the ex-VAT price at checkout (it will be updated once you enter your shipping location) however currently THIS DOES NOT WORK with the Express Checkout Options. Please DO NOT use these for international orders until we get this fixed. If you do use them and get charged VAT please contact us and we will refund it.

Please note that respectfully we do not pay for return shipping on exchanges or refunds and cannot issue return labels. Sending goods back is the responsibility of the receiver unless there is a verified fault.

Goods need to be returned in their original resalable condition and returned to the sender in the original packaging. Please be aware if you send back goods in a damaged or unsaleable condition your exchange or refund may be refused.

All returns need to be received back within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. We recommend using Royal Mail signed for. Please see below for further details.

Refunds and Returns
We are happy to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unused and salable conditions with the original packaging and all Bernard Weatherill garment tags and labels still attached.

Take this to a Post Office branch and be sure to obtain Proof of Postage (receipt) which will contain your tracking details. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns where a receipt has not been obtained or is missing so please ensure it is kept until your return is finalised.

Please return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
