Please note that respectfully we do not pay for return shipping on exchanges or refunds and cannot issue return labels. Sending goods back is the responsibility of the receiver unless there is a verified fault.

Goods need to be returned in their original resalable condition and returned to the sender in the original packaging. Please be aware if you send back goods in a damaged or unsaleable condition your exchange or refund may be refused.

All returns need to be received back within 28 days. We recommend using Royal Mail signed for. Please see below for further details.


BREXIT: For ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TO THE EU import duties and taxes will now be payable by the receiver. You should be charged the ex-VAT price at checkout (it will be updated once you enter your shipping location) however currently THIS DOES NOT WORK with the Express Checkout Options. Please DO NOT use these for international orders until we get this fixed. If you do use them and get charged VAT please contact us and we will refund it.

UK - £4.95 shipping on all orders. 5-10 Working Days
Europe - £29.95 shipping on all orders. Up to 20 Working Days. Duties & taxes paid by the receiver.
The Rest Of The World -  £49.95 shipping on all orders. Up to 20 Working Days. Duties & taxes paid by the receiver.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of a combination of the high volume of orders and delays in the Royal Mail system right now there are unavoidable delays with all our deliveries. We are doing our best but we can only apologise for this and thank everyone for their patience.
For ALL international orders (including those to the EU) you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. Bernard Weatherill will not be responsible for these charges.
Refunds and Returns
We are happy to offer a refund for any unwanted items that are returned to us in a new, unused and salable conditions with the original packaging and all Bernard Weatherill garment tags and labels still attached.

Take this to a Post Office branch and be sure to obtain Proof of Postage (receipt) which will contain your tracking details. We cannot be held responsible for missing returns where a receipt has not been obtained or is missing so please ensure it is kept until your return is finalised.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days of receiving your parcel at our warehouse. Refunds will usually clear into your account within 5 working days however this can vary between banks and can take longer if you are an international customer.
